PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS: $250 reservation dep. is required and will be applied to the total amt. due. The final payment due 30 days before your arrival and will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made. All rates are plus tax. There is a onetime cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights. We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, personal & certified checks as well as money orders. There will be a $75 Property Protection & Processing Fee. The Property Protection Fee ($50) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The Processing Fee ($25) covers our administrative costs.
